The compact electric loader is a great example of our effort to effectively integrate an intelligent control system with hydraulic work functions and emission-free electric drive. Key advantages of the machine include small dimensions combined with high performance, comfortable and safe operation through the remote control device and constant overview of machine’s status thanks to integrated telematics solution.
In co-operation with a foreign manufacturer, we had a chance to participate at the development of the unique fully-electric mini loader starting from the concept draft until the successful introduction to market.
Travel system and hydraulic work functions are powered by a set of three electric permanent magnet motors. The overall silent operation of the loader is reinforced by using the low noise gear pump shhark. Lift arms movement is controlled by the reliable PVG 16 valve.
We have also designed the entire control system for the loader, based on the well-proven PLUS+1 solution. Through a CAN bus the system communicates with converters, remote control receiver and telematics.
Thanks to the possibility of controlling all machine functions remotely with the Danfoss IK2 console, the loader offers a high level of safety for the operator. The flawless operation is enhanced by the integrated telematics solution which enables the operator and maintenance support to continuously monitor the key performance data and machine condition.
We have supported our foreign customer with selection and delivery of electric drive for a tow tractor. The solution we have introduced includes a software control of the travel as well as integration of suitable converters.
The electric tow tractor with a maximum load capacity of 3 tons is designed for comfortable and effective transport of crops inside commercial greenhouses. The drive system with its powerful electric motor is controlled by the operator using a tailor made system that features a multifunction steering wheel and a small display showing all essential information.
We have completed the project of a fully-electric front end loader with the purposes of long-term testing and a real-life demonstration of the technologies we work with. The machine is based on a serial-production loader of a Czech manufacturer and it had been modified extensively by our team of design engineers.
The eDapper loader is the first machine in its category with an electric drive mechanism. Travel of the machine is powered by four permanent magnet motors mounted to each wheel. The fifth electric motor together with the S45 hydraulic pump is used to power the hydraulic work functions. Modularity of the Li-pol battery cells allows customers to select different levels of battery capacity sutiable for their specific application.
The vehicle is equipped with a sophisticated electronic system that includes a steer-by-wire technology and a control software solution that was developed using the Danfoss PLUS+1 platform.
Thanks to its low-noise operation and the fact that no combustion engines are used, the loader is able to work in low-emission zones and during extended working hours. There is also a wide selection of attachments available for different work purposes.

By supplying an electric drive and customizing a motor controller, we have helped to build an electric pitbike designed mainly for training purposes. Thanks to the fact that the motor and battery are mounted in the lower part of the frame, the motorbike can boast great handling.
The drive system of the motorcycle is composed of a powerful permanent magnet motor and a motor controller which had been customized by our software engineers to fit the specific requirements. Maximum power of the motor can be electronically limited depending on individual preferences.
The electric pitbike is designed primarily for use on an indoor training circuit. It is mainly used for improving basic and advanced riding skills that are essential for any rider.
In accordance with the increasing demand of manufacturers and customers for electrically powered machines, we had been asked by a local partner to support them with electrification of a trailer and garden chipper.
In case of the trailer wood chipper, our task was to design and deliver electric drive solution, specifically an electric motor and controller. For the smaller garden wood chipper, we have also developed a control system that automatically regulates machine’s performance.
The wood chipper is able to autonomously regulate speed of the motor according to the current power demand. Once the system assesses that the current power does not correspond to the volume of the material that is being processed, it instantly increases the speed. If, on the other hand, it identifies that there is no load at all for some period of time, it automatically switches to the idle state. This intelligent control system helps to reach higher operation efficiency and longer battery life.
